I perform a lot of major reconstructions in the head and neck from head and neck cancer to defects from accidents or diabetic ulcers on legs. The reconstructions are usually reconstructed with free flaps taken from various parts of the body. I have a vast experience with using many different flaps and reconstructing many different defects be they large or massive. Minimal donor site scarring and aesthetic reconstructions are always my priority.
